Free Lunchtime Trolley in February Downtown Akron February 6, 13, 20, & 27 11 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Are you sick of the same old brown bag lunch everyday? Had enough of frozen meals reheated in the microwave? Then get out of the office on Fridays during the month of February and ride the FREE Friday Lunch Trolley through downtown to your favorite restaurants, sponsored by Downtown Akron Partnership! Trolley riders will get a special coupon good for use at one of the participating downtown restaurants of their choice. Just Flag it Down! Give a friendly smile and a wave to the red and green trolley, courtesy of the City of Akron, and the driver will stop and pick you up along its route traveling south on Main St. to the AES complex, east on Selle St. to Broadway, west on Exchange, north on Main St. to Northside and looping back around to Main St. Prizes and Special Discounts Every Friday! Trolley riders will get prizes and a special coupon good for a discount at the participating downtown restaurant of their choice. While you're on the trolley, take a look at a selection of menus and pick where you and your coworkers would like to go. to bad we don't have real trolleys. I went to the Connecticut's trolley museum and got to ride the real trolleys, they are so much fun.
